What data we process

Project form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), country, city or postcode (optional), company (optional), the project description, the files and photos you attach, the calculator data and how you heard about us.

Maker form: name or workshop name, email, Telegram username, WhatsApp (optional), country and city, details of your machines and services, portfolio and photos (optional).

To measure where visits come from and to protect the forms, we also record the page you came from (referrer), campaign tags in the URL (utm) and a Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To handle your project: review it, share it with makers who can do it and put you in touch with them. Legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you are a maker, to add you to the network and send you jobs. Legal basis: your consent and our relationship with you (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).

To send you a confirmation email and reply to your messages. To use photos of the result only if you tick the corresponding box.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Makers in the network: we post the project (description, files, technical details) together with your name and contact details in our private Telegram channel for makers, so that those who can do it contact you directly with their offer. It is a closed channel, for network makers only.

Service providers (processors): Cloudflare (web hosting, cookieless analytics and Turnstile anti-spam), Resend (sending the form emails; EU servers), Dinahosting (mailbox) and Telegram (maker channel).

Cloudflare, Resend and Telegram may process data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, they rely on GDPR safeguards (the EU-US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

While we handle your project or membership and then for up to 2 years from the last contact, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete it sooner. Project files are not stored on the website: they arrive by email and are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing marketing@fabrishare.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
